  • Condition: Unique Carmela Goldish with Swirls of Black & Browns throughout, almost looks like it is made of wood w/glossy paint! No chips, cracks, damage, repairs, bought at estate auction in 75, from a woman who's Aunt knew & worked at VB until 30's, this came from Anna to her to us in 75. Owned 75-100 VB's throughout the years, even 5-6 of this shape, although this one is so special it is a little taller, much thicker glaze and so very beautiful coloring, design of the glaze & technique it is hard to even see the slight crazing deep within the gloss and what you see kind of looks like it is part of the effect to begin with, easily our most discussed VB since we have owned and displayed in our VB cabinet, hallway, lighted, 1 of 15 throughout our home. Measures: 7.75" tall, 7.25" deep, 4" across at 3 points, twists brilliantly, to a base of 3.5" by 3 across as well. Absolutely gorgeous, unique & rare beauty!!
